The Management Consulting group has about 470 experts in 20 countries and is growing its practice within our industry sectors in the Nordics and Europe. We are currently recruiting for Experienced Consultants to join the team working from the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Position:
As an experienced consultant, you will be involved in all stages of our business:
You participate in developing relations with clients, identify needs and sell solutions
You lead and manage projects and deliver results to our clients
You contribute to developing skills and competences in the organization
The Requirements:
The ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Masters Level Degree
• Preferred work experience of 3+ years of management consulting
• At least fluent in Swedish and English
• Strong analytical skills, including problem solving and financial understanding
• Industry knowledge ? either
• Pulp, paper and packaging industry, forest industry
• Renewable energy, such as bio energy
• Energy & utilities industry, such as electricity heat and gas
• Interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with management as well as operational staff, and working in an international business environment.
• Track record of delivering results
• Highly motivated work style
