hela Sverige As an experienced configuration, build and release manager you will be given the task to setup and mange a world class build and release process.
We are a dedicated and very experienced team that is developing the next generations embedded controllers for our medical devices. From our new tech center in Lindholmen, Göteborg you will be supporting our global organization in Sweden, France and China.

The position
You will be responsible for the build process and build environment (machines, scripts and tool chain), the daily build and other forms of builds as well as producing the release including release notes.
Your responsibility and key tasks include:
• Tracking and moving software issues to labels and releases
• Select and script the build tools, reporting and distribution tools
• Releasing the Build to Development and Test
• Following the release process and producing required documentation
• Publishing the build results and the project status and burn-down
• Work with Getinge IT department to define the build and archiving and distribution environment for distributed team
• Tracking all tool and software dependencies
• Archiving the build environment together with the product archive
• Restoration tests on the archive
• Branch generation and tagging/labeling the branches and builds
The ideal candidate
We believe that you have a higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent combined with at least five years of experience of build, configuration, change and release management. Experience of med-tech industry is an advantage. You are familiar with scripting tools in a Windows environment and have experience running builds with Windows as the base environment. Experience in branch design, labeling and tracking issues is essential. Further, you speak and write English fluently and we see knowledge of Swedish as an advantage.
Meritorious, but non required skills are: Building embedded software (non-windows targets), JIRA, SVN, Windows virtual machines, OneDrive and B&R Automation Studio.
