Do you wish to grow as a CAE Engineer together with the leading CAE-department in Sweden working with the leading industrial companies in Sweden as well as internationally? As a CAE engineer within CFD at AFRY you will be working with advanced engineering simulations with focus on fluid mechanics. Typical fields that are covered by our projects are aerodynamics, heat transfer and aeroauqustics. Within multi-phase flows our work is focused on but not limited to spray applications, reaction engineering, free surface flows and discrete element modelling. The extent and content of the projects varies and are conducted either in-house at our office or on-site of our customers. Our market is continuously growing and thus we are looking for an experienced CAE engineers with at least 2-3 years industrial experience to our Gothenburg office. We see it as desirable if you have experience from any of the following sectors: Automotive, Nuclear/Energy, Industry, Offshore, Process, Food and Pharma. If you have experience of working as a consultant is considered an extra advantage.
Who are you?
You have at least a Master's degree in mechanical, chemical, physical or automotive engineering with emphasis on fluid mechanics and CFD, or system level simulations in e.g. GT-Suite. It is desirable that you have experience from some of the following softwares: ANSA, ANSYS (CFD/FLUENT), StarCCM+, OpenFOAM and/or GT-Suite/Power. You should have good knowledge in Swedish and English, both oral and written. As a person are meticulous, ambitious, curios and customer oriented. You appreciate team work and understand the added value of working prestigelessly together to find the best solution for our customers. You have a sense for details and ability to explain complex technical terms to people in your surroundings. You are independent, energetic, used to be self going and are good at communication and documenting your work.Due to the current situation around Covid-19, some of our recruitment processes extend over time.
