LeanNova is an engineering service company, situated in Trollhättan and created by engineers from former Saab Automobile AB. Since the start in February 2012, the company has grown rapidly and today we have gathered more than 180 experienced engineers with an average OEM experience of more than 15 years. We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.
Position description
We aim to strengthen our CAE-team in Sweden with engineers experienced in automotive engineering. We are specifically looking for CAE Engineers with expertise in three areas;
• NVH, complete vehicle
• Fatigue and strength in chassis components
• Fatigue and strength in BiW structure
As a CAE engineer you will play a very important role in the cross functional engineering team's work to fulfil the vehicle requirements. Location can be in Trollhättan or Gothenburg depending on customer need.
Skills & Requirements
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree
• At least 5 years of work experience within CAE at Automotive OEM or Tier1 supplier
• Expertise in CAE-tools; HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, Nastran, Adams, Fluent
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
