LeanNova is an engineering service company, situated in Trollhättan, Gothenburg and Shanghai, created by engineers from former Saab Automobile AB. Since the start in February 2012, the company has grown rapidly and today we employ more than 200 experienced engineers with an average OEM experience of more than 15 years. We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.
Position description
We now plan to strengthen our CAE-team in Sweden with engineers experienced in automotive engineering, to be able to take care of work packages for more customers.
We need someone who can act as team leader, and some persons that are experts within specific areas.
All simulation disciplines are of interest; complete vehicle simulations within safety, NVH, vehicle dynamics and aerodynamics, as well as system development such as body, chassis, interior and thermal.
As a CAE engineer you will play a very important role in the cross functional engineering team's work to fulfil the vehicle requirements.
Skills & Requirements
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree
• At least 5 years of work experience within CAE at Automotive OEM or Tier1 supplier
• Expertise in CAE-tools; HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, Nastran, Adams, Fluent
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
Personal qualities
• Strong analytical capability
• Ability to both work independently and in teams
• Very good communication skills
• Desire to work with simulation and develop technical and personal skills with high levels of motivation and a positive attitude
