As a business developer your main focus will be...
To build and nurture relationship with JV, partners, affiliates and key customers making sure we create as much value as possible for everyone involved.
More specifically, during your first year your main focus will be:
• During your first 90 days create and implement a plan to double the number of customers we are getting from our affiliates, partners and JV
• Proactively develop the business and identify sales opportunities for short and long-term growth, through growing the customer base, launching new products, executing sales driving campaigns etc
• Create inbound marketing program that educates our customers, building relationship and helping them get maximum value from our relationship leading to lowered churn and increased retention by 50%
Skills and experience needed for this job
Proven track record of driving growth through marketing and sales. You are a go-getter that get things doneand makes decisions based on data, used to work in small organizations where resources are limited and lots of creativity is needed.Fluent in English and Swedish
