We are looking for an experienced Business Controller!
Are you passionate about financial analysis, optimizing processes, and working closely with teams to drive success? If so, we have the perfect role for you as our next experienced Business Controller!
As a experienced Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, guiding the business to well-informed, data-driven decisions. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, ensuring clear communication on finance-related matters and securing robust financial planning and analysis.
Your key responsibilities will range from budgeting and forecasting to overseeing closing activities, playing a crucial role in steering our financial success.

Key qualifications for this role include excellent understanding of financial flows, an eye for structuring and analyzing financial data, and skilled in creating business cases.
To stay on top of things, you have a strong desire to understand our business and the key drivers of our success, ensuring you can effectively connect the business model with financial performance. We believe you have strong communication skills and can make your voice heard at all levels of the organization.
Additionally:
Proficiency in Excel, with experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud being a plus.
A proactive, curious mindset and a "Dare to do it" attitude.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
