hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nordic Kiwi Brewers AB i Ekerö As an Experienced Brewer at Nordic Kiwi Brewers AB (NKB) your role will be to assist the Brewmaster in all aspects of craft beer production. This includes: planning, preparation, brewing, monitoring and control, packaging and of course cleaning - lots of it. Your tasks will be primarily undertaken at the brewery, however you will have opportunities to represent NKB at festivals and events.
As an Experienced Brewer you will have had at least 3 years relevant experience at a craft brewery. Applicants with a formal education in brewing and documented practical experience may also be considered for the position. You should have extensive experience in using New Zealand hop varieties. You should have a solid work ethic and will need to maintain high quality control standards and documentation. You should be able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team and also be available for shift work (early starts or late evenings). You should have excellent written and spoken English. You should be a non-smoker. Experience in recipe development and/or beer judging is a merit. Most of all you should have a decent sense of humor and a cool head under pressure.
Nordic Kiwi Brewers AB (NKB) is a craft brewery based on the island of Ekerö in Stockholm County, Sweden. The brewery was founded by two New Zealanders in 2014 with a focus on using only 100% New Zealand hop varieties. We are experiencing rapid expansion and hence need more hands on deck to keep pumping out the "Nordic Heart and Southern Soul".
