To strengthen our team within area of electrification with focus on batteries AVL MTC is now looking for new members with the right competence.
We are looking for persons with one or several listed knowledge Design of battery modules, packs, cooling system and other related components Deep understanding of batteries in general to support projects in different phases Development and testing of batteries and battery related components in both test environment and in vehicle Leader experience from battery development tasks
We work in-house as well as resident engineers at customer site. It is important that you are flexible and willing to see the opportunity to manage different type of projects.
Your Profile: Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical engineering graduate of a university of technology or equivalent At least two years of working experience and/or PhD in relevant area. Preferably experience in the automotive sector; ideally at an OEM or tier 1 battery development company Good understanding of power electronics, different type of electric motors and hybrid components fundamentals Preparing presentations and reports for customers plus presentation at customer premises Our employees have a genuine interest in vehicles, which is an advantage Good social and communication skills in English. Swedish is an advantage, or at least strive to learn Organizational and teamwork skills
