This is an exciting opportunity for application expert to join a high profile project included in one of H&M's largest programs implementing a new global ERP solution. The project will deliver a new warehouse management solution that will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally over the coming years. We are currently building the organization to manage the new global warehouse management solution and are looking for driven and enthusiastic application experts with suitable background to join the skilled team.
You will be responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and ensuring they are realized in our systems. A key success factor will be to translate business requirements into an efficient IT-solution. Dependent upon your experience and ambition, the role may contain both technical and functional aspects. You will be part of a highly skilled team which provides a state-of-the art solution for the business.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Lead requirement analysis activities in close collaboration with IT, business and project leaders
• Lead and participate in workshops and meetings
• Design and analyze processes together with the business to ensure the designed solution is fit for purpose
• Setup configuration in the system according to verified requirements
• Produce maintenance documentation for full solution; standard, enhancements, configuration
• Participate in test planning and execute tests in the system to make sure the solution fulfills the identified requirements
• Support training and change activities
Your skills

And your skills include:
• Deep business knowledge, preferable in warehouse and/or e-commerce
• SAP EWM experience is qualifying
• Excellent skills in writing functional requirements, user stories and use cases
• Advanced Communication skills around technical solutions and issues
• Requirement Analysis and in specific translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from integrating with Material handling equipment
• Ability to lead a team and drive tasks/workshops
