Dina arbetsuppgifter
Ekman & Co is looking for a serviceminded Management Assistant with experience from an international company for a permanent employment. As a Management Assistant you will support the Management Group with all customary administrative services. As a Management Assistant you will be working in an international setting and perform a wide range of administrative tasks, whereof some highly confidential and sensitive. Your work involves a high level of responsibility which will require commitment, loyalty and common sense, as well as high integrity.

You will:
• Support the Management Group with relevant administrative routines/tools.
• Assist with minutes from internal meetings and board meetings in English and Swedish.
• Be responsible for internal and external information
• Co-ordinate meetings and activities
• Co-ordinate travel arrangements
• Co-ordinate and administer subscriptions and advertising
• Maintain and develop presentations in Power Point.
• Co-ordinate and submit printing material such as the Annual Report.
• Special projects as assigned

Vem är du?
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international company. You also have proven experience and knowledge in the areas mentioned in the job description. You have some relevant education background, minimum Upper Secondary School. The corporate language is English and therefore we require excellent skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. You are used to handling legal documentation and other confidential information. Other qualifications we require are excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office Package, Photo Shop and similar software. As a person we think you are independent, serviceminded, self-propelled and non prestigious. You are also someone with excellent organizational skills, high integrity and the ability to prioritize among your tasks. You also have a flexible character and positive attitude.
