hela Sverige Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
ERP digital core is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics globally with installations in 30 countries. With Dynamics 365 we move into Azure cloud. From January 2021 we are increasing our delivery capacity significantly to meet new business demands. In the coming years, we will carry out 10-12 global implementation projects per year.
On this journey, we are looking for an experienced agile coach to the MS Dynamics 365 implementation team. You will be welcomed into an exciting area of high strategic importance for Scania, and your work will make a real difference.
Your assignment
You will coach and develop the teams within Scania's D365 implementation program to become self-driving and efficient, while also adhering to our technical blueprint and common ways of working. The teams are new and need to build team spirit and trust as well as finding their capacity and develop their skills. With help of the agile toolbox, you ensure that we are working with continuous improvements and continuous learning, following up the work done to bring the learnings into the next cycle.
Your profile
You have the drive and a proven ability to lead others. You are self-motivated and solution-focused. You dare to question. You have an exploratory mindset and you are looking to constantly increase your knowledge and abilities, as well as helping the team increase theirs. Being a team player is imperative. Communication-wise you are clear and a good teacher/mentor. We believe you have a university degree in systems science or similar.
To succeed in this role you should have a solid background as an agile coach or scrum master working with Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, or other agile methods, to an ERP team or another team with a complex system delivery.
You should also have several years of experience as a developer/application specialist in Dynamics 365 or another complex system delivery.
We use JIRA cloud as our case-handling system. The team is international and our corporate language is English.
