For Business Area Europe, we are looking for a leader for Experience Marketing, Wellbeing (Floorcare & Aircare) leveraging product innovation into strong consumer storytelling to deliver commercial results for the business.
You will play an important role in the Wellbeing leadership team and the Europe Marketing Leadership team.
Key areas of responsibility
• Be a strong thought-leader and voice-of-consumer in developing innovative 10x better consumer experiences in close cooperation with the Product Line team and the Global innovation triangle (PL, R&D, Design & Digital CX teams) in line with the Category vision for Floorcare & Aircare.
• Be an active and key contributor in the Category CX vision, Consumer needs wheels, articulation of tickets to play and tickets to win & MBB process for consumer centric innovation etc
• Take Ownership of the Marketing Strategy in and provide leadership to initiatives / campaigns from brief to implementation (e2e) in close collaboration with Agencies, Brand and Content team, Key Clusters, Consumer Engagement team and CXI.
• Ensure that all campaign development is executed with high level of consumer experience focus, while boosting the brand-building capability to support KPI delivery across Europe.
• Elevate the process of exploration and validation with target consumers in a data-driven process as a way of working within the team.
• Provide leadership to category marketing managers on go-to-market plans for how to win with European customers and consumers with special focus on digital, point-of-sale and on-boarding.
• Collaborate closely with the Cluster Heads of Marketing on campaign execution, ensuring delivery on marketing KPIs across clusters.
• Lead and drive a strong marketing agenda in the Wellbeing Leadership team to support business performance.
• Be a strong member of the Marketing Leadership team and influence the marketing mandate for the Business Area.

Minimum requirements
• University / Business School degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer goods, FMCG or related industries
• International experience within client and agency side preferably in multi-national organizations, across diverse industries (not only FMCG)
• Experience of people leadership in a matrix organisation
