hela Sverige We are looking for a driven Expansion Systems Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Business Systems team based in Stockholm, Sweden.
About the job
We are looking for a talented person to support our Finance Business Systems. This means working in the intersection between IT and business. This role will provide you with an opportunity to familiarise yourself with our finance systems and support the business with operational support and implementations.
About the team
The Expansions Systems team within the Business Systems area is today a small team, expanding during 2023. This means that you will get the opportunity to impact the development of the team from an early phase.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Keeping a close communication with the finance team and understanding their requirements, as well as understanding the system and gain understanding of the data that the system handles
• Provide a general day-to-day operational support to users, including monitoring systems and troubleshoot identified issues
• Learn how to perform configuration changes to address business needs and document system requirements to enhance system capabilities
• Collaborate with team members to determine areas for improvement, actively work in projects when new implementations are needed
• Assist in testing new enhancements or integrations
We believe that you have:
• A a degree in BSc/MSc within data & system science
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• You are experienced with technology and the underlying principles, with the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
