To support the company's future growth, we are now looking for an outstanding Expansion Manager!
About the Role
As Expansion Manager you will put Lendo's top priority projects into action and constantly focus on growth. You will be part of a small team of excellent senior business and product development professionals with the goal to establish Lendo in new geographical markets as well as creating new bold products in existing markets. You are an intrapreneur, working fulltime on one launch at a time and you have full responsibility for the whole process from initial market research to executing the actual launch.
You will work closely with our experienced growth team, a skilled tech team and other specialists. You are expected to interact with many internal and external stakeholders in a global environment. You will report to the Head of Expansion Ulrika Goliats. The position will be based in Stockholm and a lot of traveling should be expected.
As an Expansion Manager your responsibilities and key tasks include:

Creating and substantiating business cases for new markets and products

Designing new digital products and leading tech teams in building them

Pitching, negotiating and closing deals with financial service providers

Project managing legal reviews

Setting up a new local corporation and organization
About You
We believe that you have excellent project management skills and experience in sales, product management or digital business management and stakeholder management. We expect you to be fluent in English (written and oral).
