Are you passionate about growth and expansion? Do you want to have hands-on influence on the hyper-expansion of our startup company that will change the grocery industry? Then look no further! We are currently looking for an Expansion Launcher to help Kavall further its market onto new locations. We want someone who has an undeniable passion and talent for spotting new locations for Kavalls expansion. As well as the theoretical work needed for our expansion the person also has to have a drive for the practicality of launching and opening new Kavall darkstores. Responsibilities:
In cooperation with the expansion team you will be responsible for Kavalls expansion in new locations.
Map out and create comprehensive analysis of the market of new potential locations in line with the company niche.
Execute all necessary assignments for launch, ranging from managing the timeline to visiting potential locations.
Optimise and work to make the launch timeline and effectiveness optimal.
Communicate with many different departments internally and externally to ensure launching will be successful ( such as warehouses, stores, staff e.t.c.)
Requirements:
Bachelor or masters degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant experience of expansion and launching projects.
Experience in fast pacing environments ( startups e.t.c.)
Entrepreneurial mindset - with a passion and drive to help Kavall reach new heights.
A hands-on mentality and willingness to get your hands dirty.
Great analytical skills.
Great communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English (nordic languages are a plus!)
