Inter IKEA Culture Center AB has been established to build up an IKEA Museum in the first IKEA Store in Älmhult. Inter IKEA Culture Center AB will operate both the IKEA Museum and IKEA Tillsammans.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Exhibition designer who will be part of the team that builds up the IKEA museum. Today there is a small exhibition located in IKEA Tillsammans, ?IKEA through the ages? which describes the chronological design and development of the IKEA business.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
• You are a part of the unit that is responsible for the exhibition.
• You are able to apply and implement the concept of a process in a solution-oriented way by quickly translating ideas into a realisable form.
• You create sketches, scale plans, computer-generated visuals and 3D models
• You have knowledge in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and/or 3D visualisation.
• You have knowledge of safety regulations and applicable standards regarding exhibitions.
• You secure the use of right materials at the right price level at the right quality for construction of a design.
• You collaborate with technical specialists in the production team
YOUR PROFILE
You have exhibition designer education or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience working within the museum sector where you have experience in designing several exhibitions.
You are result oriented and well organised and have an open mind for ideas and proposals from other persons and enjoy working in a team.
You communicate in an open and straightforward manner and transform feedback into actions. Furthermore you have good knowledge in both Swedish and English.
