Avancos Scandinavia AB is now looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join our team in Sweden.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Several years experience within recruitment, preferable
within executive search
• Experience building and maintaining long term customer
relationships
• Proven track record of acquiring new business
• Analytical mindset, preferably university degree
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of German, Swedish,
Russian, Danish or other languages is a plus

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination to
succeed.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
• Open minded, seeks to understand before being
understood.
• Teamplayer, sees business as a ?world of abundance?
• Self motivator
