The Role
The Executive Producer is responsible for overseeing the production of game trailers and other marketing content for games throughout their full life cycle. The Executive Producer will work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Executive Producer will also be responsible for managing the business aspects of the production process, including contracts, budgets, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of game trailers and other marketing content for games throughout their full life cycle, including key art, social media content, versions, cut-downs, language versions, and other promotional materials.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and manage their expectations and feedback throughout the production process.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage the business aspects of the production process, including contracts, budgets, and client relationships.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the creative team, and ensure that projects align with the overall business strategy.
Manage risks effectively, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into the production process as appropriate.
Manage project documentation and reporting, including budgets, schedules, and status reports.
About you
Are you a passionate and experienced game trailer producer who is excited to be a part of a trailblazing team that creates captivating and enduring stories for the next generation of games? If you have at least 5 years of experience in producing game trailers or similar projects and have spent 2 years in a leadership or executive role, you might just be the ideal candidate for our Executive Producer position at Rabbit's Foot Studios.
We are searching for someone with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, who is eager to contribute to our collaborative and innovative environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate gamers and creative visionaries who craft immersive experiences to elevate each game's narrative.
You'll thrive in this role if you have a strong technical knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, animation software, and project management tools. We value candidates who can work effectively under pressure, manage budgets, and make informed creative decisions that optimize resources while staying true to our commitment to Forever Content.
