Avalanche Studios is looking for an Executive Producer to be part of an agile team of production staff to provide Lead Producers with additional operational skills and expertise, receive project milestones and assess gates, and be accountable for budgets for multiple internally developed projects.
The Executive Producer reports directly to the Director of Development, and will be a key part of translating long term strategic goals into operational tasks for projects within Expansive Worlds and Systemic Reaction, as well as interpreting operational needs into additional strategic goals.
Role Description
• Accountable for the delivery of the projects assigned to them by the Director of Development
• Managing Milestone deliverables
• Stakeholder of the internally developed Publishing process
• Responsible for communicating and upholding Divisional KPIs related to the project
• Why are we doing this project, how does it serve the divisional portfolio
• Divisional goals and divisional direction
• Accountable for the Lead Producers, supporting them in their position eg solving problems, finding synergies, efficiences, preparation and support through the gate processes
• Co-creator of new pitches in the pitch processes
• Oversee project risk mitigation efforts and ensure they are effective
• Manage financial and resource tracking for ongoing projects, coordinating between project leadership and finance department
