If this sounds like an opportunity you're interested in, we're now looking for an Executive Assistant to our President & CEO in HQ in Stockholm. We have a hybrid way of working, allowing you to combine work from home with work at the office.

The position
You 'll be the extension of the President & CEO and solving puzzles is just part of your day, so with the approach that no task is too small or too large, you'll perform diversified and confidential administrative tasks. You will perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability, even with tight deadlines. You will be reporting to the Head of CEO Office & Executive Support and be part of the Executive support team. This team is the "go-to" support for the Group Executive Management team, the board of directors, and President & CEO, whilst also being a part of initiatives across the entire business.

Your main tasks will include:

• A broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings ensuring accuracy of logistics at every step.
• Screen telephone calls and resolve any inquiries.
• Run errands as necessary, with the ability to plan around various time-sensitive responsibilities.
• Assist the Head of CEO Office & Executive Support with a wide variety of projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for
To do well in this role we believe that you have at least 3-5 years of experience working as an assistant with service or administration, for example with Executive Management. You are dedicated to your work, and the people you support, and you are always looking to do things more efficiently. As a team member, you are a self-starter with a pragmatic approach and collaborate well with people around you. If you come across something that needs fixing or support, you don't hesitate to step in. You are very service-minded, have great enthusiasm for admin, and thrive in a high-paced environment.

Ideal candidates meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as an assistant in a support function in an office environment.
• Experience in administrative & logistic work tasks.
• Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and tasks.
• Structured and well organised.
• MS Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus skills:

• A relevant university degree or experience working within finance, IR, strategy, business, or communications.
• Experience working specifically as a CEO Assistant in an international context.
• Multilingual skills.
