Following the acquisition of Vin & Sprit, Pernod Ricard Nordic has initiated and implemented a set of changes and improvements in the Nordic region. As part of this development process, Pernod Ricard Nordic now has an opening for the position as Executive Assistant reporting to CEO Pernod Ricard Nordic.
The Executive Assistant will, in close cooperation with the CEO and the Nordic Management Team, facilitate the overall management of the organization from an administrative and reporting point of view. The overall task will be administrative coordination and support.
Your key responsibilities as Executive Assistant will be preparation of reports, presentations, cases and issues for decision. You will also be responsible for some nordic projects and work with preparation of internal communication, conferences and meetings. Moreover travel management and administration of expenses and invoices are included in the tasks.
The candidate we are looking for probably has worked with similar tasks in an international business environment for about 5 - 10 years and understands the requirements of a complex international organization. As a person we would like to see a candidate being an excellent organizer with a very mature and service minded approach. Flexibility and being adaptable to change are traits necessary for this position.
Competences we are looking for are advanced skills in Excel and Power point, fluency in English and preferably good knowledge of French.
