Are you the new employee to their office in central Stockholm? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Global Product Marketing department that consists of approx. 80 employees.
YOUR TASKS
In the role as Executive Assistant for Vice President Global Product Marketing you will (for example) be responsible for:
* Mail and calendar administration
* Meeting planning
* Creating Powerpoints, documents and other presentations
* Other administrative and coordinative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
You have a college/university degree and former experience of administrative work tasks in a similar role. You need to be fluent in English and be comfortable in the whole Microsoft Office and Outlook-package. We think that you are a service minded person with high responsibility, who likes to help others and easily combine several work tasks.
