hela Sverige We are looking for an Executive Assistant for the Chief Strategy Officer who is a member of the Stora Enso Group Leadership team, and to SVP M&A and Corporate Finance. Your location will be Stockholm and you will report to CSO. The position as Executive assistant is assumed to be held for 18 months as an entry point into work with M&A or Strategy in Stora Enso.

Roughly 50 % of the role will be to support the two managers as Executive assistant and the other 50 % will be work within strategy and M&A. As Executive Assistant you will be involved in the daily agenda of your manager and need to work proactively and provide a high level of support. You will need to communicate internally and externally in an efficient manner to ensure a smooth and seamless execution of tasks. In addition to supporting the managers with their daily agendas you will also work roughly 50 % with supporting in and driving activities within Strategy and M&A. The role is in a fast paced and changing environment which suits someone who enjoys multi-tasking and organizing and who is eager to work with Strategy/M&A on a high level.
Task in the assignment will be to:
Manage the Executive's calendar and understand priorities going forward
Coordinate flights and hotel bookings
Monitoring and screen e-mail and calls for the Executive and take appropriate actions. Organize internal and external meetings
Assist with financial modelling in M&A/Strategy projects
Prepare presentation material for senior management in relation to M&A projects or other Strategic topics
Coordinate own small scale M&A projects and/or projects within the development of Stora Enso's strategy

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a degree in business or finance. You have a passion for Strategy and Corporate Finance and desire to quickly build skills in this area. You need to be an excellent communicator in English and have excellent knowledge of MS Power Point and Word. You are flexible, solution oriented and able to keep calm and focused even though the pace is fast. You can work independently, handle complex tasks and use own judgement as well as meet deadlines in an efficient and prompt manner. With your good interpersonal and social abilities, you are always ready to support others with accuracy and a quality-oriented mindset. You are most likely in the start of your career, either just finished with your studies or you have a couple of years experience from work with strategy or M&A from a bank, consultancy or a large industrial company.
