On behalf of one of our clients, a large, international company in the centre of Stockholm, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a temporary assignment.
The assignment is full-time and will start immediately, and last until end of December 2012, possibly longer.
Selections and interviews are held on an ongoing basis.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Main duties of the assistant include:

Office administration:

• Maintain/negotiate terms of contracts with suppliers and service providers
• Oversee/manage all office equipment and corresponding contracts
• Coordinate IT equipment with IT department and external service providers
• In charge of office supplies (controlling stock, orders etc)
• Payment and record of office invoices
• Preparation of cash requests

Secretarial tasks:

• Reception, filtering of the incoming telephone calls of the office
• Diary management, calendar, meeting with traveling, travel arrangements
• Processing of travel expenses
• Coordinating the signatures of documents with other teams in Europe
• Correspondence, fax, copies, filing.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
Experience:

Excellent level of Swedish and English (both written and spoken) and 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position preferably in an international environment.
