In this environment, we are now looking for an Executive Assistant to the Production Unit (PU) Director and the Inserts Global Production Director, as well as, to some extent, the Management Team for Gimo Inserts.
Key performance areas
As Executive Assistant, you play a central role in the organization and, while working independently in your own area of responsibility, your tasks involve many internal and external contacts. Your primary duties are proactive planning and service for the manager through various administrative tasks, which requires that you stay one step ahead in the planning. You coordinate and act as the contact person for the organization locally and globally within Sandvik Cormorant's production, and you are also the first point of contact for local visitors. Furthermore you play a central role in, and manage, some ongoing projects within or organization.

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma in the area of economics, marketing or communications, preferably with supplementary education in accounting or project management. You have qualified administrative experience, especially with MS Office or SharePoint, but what is most important is that you have a positive attitude towards the challenges of the job and a natural talent for service. You have system knowledge of SAP and some common HR systems. We expect you to be able to combine initiative and independence with quality and thoroughness. You have very good English and Swedish communication skills, in both writing and speaking.
