Our new VP, Fredrik Löving, needs a helping hand. He's great at a lot of stuff but not so much those details such as preparing materials for meetings, booking travel, managing his calendar etc. That's what you need to help him with.
He is moving back home to Stockholm from LA as soon as it is possible. This means that to start with you will help him from a distance, but soon you'll both be in the same time zone. If he's not travelling that is.
Is this you?
You are an experienced EA who is used to working across multiple time zones.
You know your way around GSuite as well as Office 365. You can create an awesome excel spreadsheet just as easily as a Google Sheet. Tables and formulas are not a problem for you.
You are great at admin, and probably know how to automate a thing or two.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment.
As we're an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English.
