Volvo Group Real Estate is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Volvo Group Real Estate.

Volvo Group Real Estate (VGRE) is an integrated function in the Volvo Group, with strategic and operational responsibility for the Group's properties and real estate assets as well as for facility management. Volvo Group Real Estate is responsible for the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to divestment. We optimize the use and value of the Volvo Group's facilities, owned and leased. We act as a centre of expertise, generating economies of skill and scale in the real estate area. The Volvo Group values are our guiding stars in everything we do, e.g. develop an attractive workplace for the Volvo Group's employees worldwide.

We are approximately 350 employees supporting Volvo Group in 35 countries worldwide. Our property footprint consists of some 1000 sites, both leased and owned. We manage all types of properties: dealers, workshops, offices, warehouses, production facilities and more.
In Gothenburg, Volvo Group Real Estate is leading the Campus Lundby project, creating a unique centre for development of sustainable transport solutions. Campus Lundby will be characterized by openness and room for internal as well as external partnerships, and thereby take an active part in the development of the City of Gothenburg.

Responsibilities for this position include the proactive ownership of a busy executive calendar, ability to coordinate complex meetings and projects by working directly with key stakeholders, experience with compiling and organizing high volumes information, and a proven ability to plan-ahead and manage time effectively.

You also help the SVP in saving her time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information. You manage the office and ensure all duties are completed in an organized and timely manner.

Travel arrangements are something you really like, both on and off property. You secure that all travels for our SVP run smooth and you also make the travel arrangements for the management meetings that happens a couple of times per year.

You are good at taking meeting minutes and are responsible for handling and approving smaller invoices relating to operations and make sure orders are placed in our ordering systems EBD and Fieldglass.

Of course there are a lot of other things you also do, not mentioned in this add, but since you are curious and open to changes and new things you find that a positive thing!!

You report to SVP Real Estate and become a member of the Real Estate management team.
