hela Sverige One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Duration: ASAP - June 30th, 2024, with a possibility of extension.
Location: Stockholm, Regeringsgatan.
This is a fixed term consultant assignment.
About the role
In the role as Executive Administrative Assistant you will initially be supporting purchase order (PO) owners and internal stakeholders by using internal support functions with compliance as a top of the agenda. You will get the chance to work in a wide communication network and make use of both your communicative and administrative skills.
What you'll do
• Follow up on Purchase Order (PO) operational processes with internal stakeholders
• Set up and do trainings internally both for new and existing employees
• Support local PO process. Guide and be supportive to PO owner to have a swift and compliance process
• Follow up on and analyse existing PO and Suppliers
• Make sure compliance is top on the agenda
• Work together with local Business Program Manager to ensure spending is done in a timely and compliant way
Who you are
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize
• Prior knowledge in using PO tools
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
• Prior experience working in a fast paced dynamic and international environment
