SALES MANAGER

To our site in Enköping, we are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Sales Manager who is persistent in the pursuit of goals and has the capacity to build a network of relations.
Key Accountabilities
Your main objective is to increase revenue and profit through proactive marketing activities towards ship operators and end users, e.g. cement companies and mining companies.
You will identify potential customers; create marketing and action plans in co-operation with the Sales Director and other line offices concerned.
Together with front line office representatives, you will visit customers to market products.
You will create tenders together with tendering engineers and determine commercial conditions towards the customer.
You will also increase customer focus by working closely with the engineering- and contract management department.
You will be responsible for preparing monthly sales forecasts, market reports and preparing sales action plans.
As a Sales Manager, you will need to develop an understanding of the company?s portfolio, as well as being responsible for your sales budget.
Additionally, you will take part in seminars.
Position Requirements
Education & Experience
You will preferably have a University Degree level in Business/Marketing with a leaning towards Mechanical Engineering or similar.
We are looking for individuals with a strong development potential. You can be recently graduated and have shorter Sales experience.
Competencies
You need to be customer focused and have a good understanding of business operations. You will also need excellent training, presentation and people skills. It is also important to have a dynamic approach in your way of working and the capacity to inspire trust. You are well organized and have a strong sense of commitment.
Additionally, you need to be fluent in written and spoken English, other languages is considered a bonus.
The position will involve some International travelling.
