hela Sverige KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Partner in the development and roll-out of an integrated marketing strategy
• Create, implement and measure marketing campaigns required to generate sales leads in order to meet demand generation goals (e.g. email marketing, events, social media, blogs, customer marketing etc.)
• Collaborate with local management team, marketing Leader NE, sales and other teams to leverage go-to-market efforts to drive synergies and maximize marketing investments
• Drive digital marketing, implementing a solid Social Media Strategy (drive web optimization and -conversion and create and implement targeted email-campaigns.)
• Support positioning Mercer Sweden as a thought leader through top-content creation and distribution via email, newsletter, PR and website.
• Continually assess campaign and marketing program performance (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Media-monitoring, Marketo, social media analytics).
• Optimize the use of marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of scoring, nurturing and B2B demand generation best practices
• Be a contributing force in setting up marketing-collaboration between Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands
We are looking to recruit an energetic Marketing Coordinator to support Mercer in Sweden. The position will also be a part of our Northern European Marketing Team. In this role you will ensure that the demand generation program is well defined, communicated and executed. You will work closely with sales and business leaders as well as other teams to drive accountable lifts in revenue (and marketing funnel optimization), expand our digital footprint and increase Mercer's brand visibility and awareness within Sweden.
The ideal candidate should be an analytical, socially savvy "digital native" who gets search engine optimization and has experience with social media and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing as well as branding/PR.This position requires a unique blend of technical, creative, analytic, commercial and project management expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Strong business orientation with business experience in a marketing support role
• Good project management and organisational skills
• Comfortable juggling strategic direction and practical day-to-day tactics of getting things done
• Proven track-record of developing and executing successful demand generation, marketing and branding programs
• Demonstrated experience with the use of Marketo (or other Marketing automation tools) and salesforce
• experience with digital marketing
• Strong oral and written communication proficiency in Swedish and English
• Strong ability to prioritise workload
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Doer with high level of motivation
• High attention to detail
• Experience of working with Adobe In Design
• Good IT skills - especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, CRM-systems and web publishing tools
