We are now looking for an Exchange Services Analyst to join our team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work at the edge of the Nordic financial exchange systems and to bring your technical background, financial interest and curiosity to solve technical cases for our customers. Key responsibility

* Solving both standard and complex technical problems, ranging from trading protocols, connectivity, market data and trading related queries.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day client support.
* Involved in cross-platform projects an release cycles, providing both support to the organization, as well as testing new functionality.
* Proactively work with client's problems and be the key person to identify and troubleshoot these issues.
* Develop and maintain a support service plan thinking outside the box for best practices.

* Education requirements: B.Sc. in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking or trading applications.
* Technical background with proven interest or experience from the financial industry

* Interest in the financial markets, such as equities, derivatives and fixed income trading.
* Ability to prioritize, organize and complete work tasks within given timelines
* Have an agile mindset and enjoy working under constantly changing conditions within disruptive technology and trading.
* You should possess a drive to achieve results, be a team player and be able to work efficiently both independently and in cooperation with others.
* Great interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing, Swedish language would be a merit.
