Our Scandinavian office, located in Gothenburg, Sweden needs for immediate employment an Events coordinator.
Your primary work will be to arrange our quarterly events in Sweden and in Finland, which include close collaboration with technical team and venues, preparing programs, be in contact with speakers before and during event, as well as instructing your team and leading the team during the event. Together with our technical team you will be responsible to run the program during event. Moreover you will compile reports for these events.
For doing this we think you need to be a well organized person, used to work with computers, competent in using SPCS Admin, Microsoft office, Outlook express, Internet explorer and Windows XP. We would prefer, but it is not a must, that you also have skills with leading a small team of people, and with dealing with customers on daily basis.
We use the English language within our group, so we assume you have good knowledge in writing and speaking both English and Swedish.
