The marketing department
The marketing department is leading Trustly's ambitions to become a pan-European leader in online banking payments by building awareness and preference among e-commerce merchants, journalists and future employees. The marketing department is expanding rapidly with focus on Digital Marketing, PR and Fairs & Events.
The role
We are looking for an Events Coordinator to handle our external and internal events, ranging from large international conferences and fairs to employer branding events and internal yearly gatherings.
The strategy and overall plan is already set; you will be the one executing it! You will work with and help different departments in the company, always striving to deliver above expectations.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you likely have experience from a similar role, maybe as a project manager at an agency or in-house. You are organized and have an eye for detail. You can quickly grasp an industry and develop a concept from that understanding.
You are energetic and a great communicator (in both English and Swedish) who has the ability to get things done. You are comfortable negotiating with partners and working under tight deadlines, never compromising quality.
You are able to travel and sometimes work odd hours.
This a temporary position for one year (maternity cover), with a good chance of becoming a permanent role due to our rapid growth.
