About the position
Perido is looking for an Events Assistant to our costumer, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will belong to the Missions & Meetings team. You will be working partly from home and partly at the office based just north of central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As the Events Assistant, none of your days will be the same. You are involved in many different tasks and processes. Here follows some of your specific responsibilities:
Processing travel requests from all staff, and external meeting participants
Arranging travel and hotel bookings
Processing of travel claims and reimbursement applications
Collaborating with external travel suppliers
Verifying offers of services and invoices
Registering travel, meetings, and financial information in monitoring systems
Filing and archiving in paper and electronic files
Any other tasks assigned by the manager

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you can work under pressure and now how to prioritize accordingly. You have an accuracy and thoroughness in your performance of assigned tasks, and you have a good attention to details. We think you have a high level of responsibility, service orientation and power of initiative. Furthermore, you need to know how to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally

Requirements
Education at university level, or other relevant post-secondary education and relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in a financial/ accounting/ travel organization/ administrative environment
Good exposure and understanding of administrative and financial processes and systems
Experience and knowledge linked to the relevant tasks
Ability to analyze data and tables
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months. Start as soon as possible.
