Le Pacte is currently looking for a talented hands-on person with marketing, sponsorship and event experience for one of our clients, BMW Northern Europe.
As an event specialist, you will be working closely with the client in-house at their office at Silverdal outside Stockholm. You will be planning and implementing local marketing campaigns with the primary focus on events and partnerships. You will also work closely with the Le Pacte team planning and implementing events. The contract we are offering is 1 year, fulltime with possible extension. The correct candidate may be offered an extended contract to join in house at Le Pacte AB afterwards.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of event marketing experience
• Experience with project management and planning
• Knowledge of social media management and Facebook advertising
• Basic knowledge of handling artwork
• Copywriting skills
• Strong self-starter, get-things-done attitude and good collaboration skills
• Ability to travel frequently
Job description:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, but the primary focus will be on sponsorship and event planning for BMW. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and making sure events are planned and executed according to KPIs.
Who are you:
We are looking for a person who is organised, works hard and has a can-do attitude. To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable working by yourself as well as being a team player. You will be working externally as well as internally at BMW, and therefore you need to be service-minded, have a positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills.
Personal characteristics and 3-5 years of experience in events are the most important to us. Relevant education is a plus. Applicants must be fluent across Norwegian and English in both written and verbal context. A clear understanding and skill set in using the Microsoft Office package is required.
Your responsibilities at BMW:
• Strategic setup of event marketing and sponsorships
• Implementation and realisation of events and sponsorships
• Responsibility for the Norwegian market in relation to events, including communication to dealers
• Analysis of the status quo and opportunities in the event and sponsoring
environment
• Management of event fleet of cars including ordering, invoicing, transportation
and administration
