Our offer
In the Event Manager role at Doro you will contribute to increasing our business and the value of the Doro brand. You are responsible for our pop-up store in the Malmö region, the Doro end cap solutions in Sweden, visiting our customers to educate them and supporting marketing and KAM's when needed. You will be travelling on average four days a week in Sweden as a field sales ambassador for Doro. You will also attend fairs and exhibitions in the Nordic countries.

About the position
In this role you will report directly to the Nordic Sales Director. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Pop-up store
Operational responsibility and daily management for our first pop-up store during September until January. Responsible for staffing, schedule and the daily activities in the pop-up store including making sure it is opening and closing on time.
Coordinate actions in the store together with marketing and regional director. Making sure we have the right products to show.
Work closely with the mall in marketing and doing partnerships with other stores within the mall.
Travel to customers in Sweden
Meet our customers and end users, mainly in the stores. Answer questions and requests concerning go-to-market, launches of new products and developing sales.
Backup the Swedish sales team when needed. Assisting marketing at events, activities and campaigns.
Support and educate the staff in the stores about our Doro products.
Escalate relevant issues correctly inside organization (product development, quality, sales etc).
Are you the one?
In this role, it is important that you have strong social skills and easily understand the needs of our customers and the end user. You have technical knowledge and enjoy supporting our customers and helping them understand who Doro is and how useful our products are for the seniors.
The position requires experience working in stores, in a leadership position where you are comfortable with the responsibility of running our Pop up store, including motivating the staff, coordinate and have a structured way of working. You can see what needs to be done and then do it.

As the event manager you are used to working closely with resellers and end users. This you have done in various environments such as stores, distribution channels or with other companies. Previous experience working with events, either as an event manager with overall responsibility or as the main coordinator.

A driver's licence is required in this position.
