www.ibxgroup.comAs an Event Expert you act as the face and the voice of IBX towards our customers who are using IBX eSourcing Solutions, receiving and managing all forms of customer communication and participating in the monitoring and running of eSourcing events.
The role is also a connection point for information flows for all stakeholders, both internal and external. It involves having knowledge of how our sourcing applications work and are used by our customers.
Your main responsibilities:
• Conduct one-to-one and one-to-many online trainings for buyers and suppliers on how to use the Sourcing application
• Answer functionality related questions for buyers and suppliers
• Consult buyers on event setup and analysis
• Gather and forward all information necessary for incident processing
• Create and manage reported incidents, actively taking part in resolution
• Manage contacts with all stakeholders required to get incidents resolved
• Create and maintain manuals for internal use
Your profile:
• academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area
• good social and communicative skills
• strong analytical skills and a structured way of working with a client focus
• ability to work well both on your own and in a team
• ability to take own initiatives and be the driving force for incident resolution
• an interest in the sourcing process
We are looking for a maternity cover for at least one year with possible extension.
The position is located at the Stockholm Office.
Language skills:
• Fluency in English
• Skills in other languages such as German, Spanish and Swedish are meriting
