About The Job
As an Event Coordinator, you will be coordinating activities related to Partner event 2024. Hosting around 500 partners (Distributors, integrators, and Service Partners) and sales company colleagues. You will be working with some general administrative tasks such as hotel bookings, invitation letters, arrangement of transportation to and from the airport/event place etc.
Some of the key tasks will be:
Monitoring and responding to emails / queries of Partners and sales company colleagues.
Arrangements of Products to be sent to event site.
Assist with the general communication activities related to event within the business units, sales companies, and channel partners.
Coordinate with the publication and production of communication material.
What You Know
Your educational background isn't important, but you do have experience with coordinating bigger industry events.
Who You Are
As a person, you have a customer service mindset and good communication skills. You have a structured approach to your way of working and you are very customer focused.
You speak and write English fluently.
This position is temporary until the end of September 2024, with possibility to extend until October 2024. It is a part-time position with 24 hours weekly, however if the right candidate appears we are willing to do a full-time position.
