At Panasonic we are offering a European Marketing Programme (EMP) for graduates starting a new career in marketing. Our goal is to build up professionally trained and experienced marketing & sales talents within our organisation to strengthen Panasonic’s position as a worldwide leader in a digitally networked society.
Our EMP is a 24-month on-the-job pro¬gramme that will involve three rotations in different Panasonic marketing & sales organisation within Europe. Upon successful completion of the EMP, you will be offered a permanent position within one of our marketing or sales divisions.
Panasonic focuses on developing its talents from within. Therefore you will be given responsibilities from day one combined with structured training and opportunities for development in a dynamic European organisation.
As a professional within our marketing division, you will work in a national or central team of dedicated, experienced and talented marketing professionals.
We are looking for graduates from all over Europe with an excellent academic track record, a strong international background and first-hand experience in business marketing or sales through internships. You possess an energetic personality, creativity as well as passion and strong communication skills. We expect fluent English and full mobility across Europe.
