• Support the continuous improvement of the European operational Infrastructure in order to provide a standardized, cost efficient and high-quality local infrastructure supporting the European business organizations.
• Coordinate activities, manage project(s) and contribute to initiatives initiated by other Business Area (BA) key stakeholder, being Regional or Global.
Key Responsibilities:
While being/becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within European Infrastructure in BA-E, your responsibility includes the following:
• Work with BA Stakeholders to clarify expectations and ensure the European IT infrastructure is enabled to address business needs.
Assist and support in the coordination of additional European responsibilities managed by senior infrastructure resources residing in the factory and cluster organizations
Manage projects in the region and implement on time, within budget and with quality
Work with the European Infrastructure team members to ensure the quality of our IT infrastructure and highlight any security or stability concerns.
Help to ensure all installations are in line with the EIT standards and policies
Help to ensure projects implemented in the field are communicated to Datacenter, Telecommunications, Security and Workplace management staff in charge.
Help to ensure regional/global enhancements or changes are implemented pro-actively
Support on regular audits set on local infrastructure quality
Assist in managing central external providers and outsourcing partners where applicable

Product experience
Previous Experience:
Professional with excellent and proven track record in the general IT operations and minimum of 2 year experience within IT.
Knowledge of IT Hardware Platforms, Operating Systems, Security and Networks
Good understanding of the general IT environment with Electrolux
Proven ability to understand and implement complex solutions
Project and vendor management experience
Experienced in interfacing with business and technical management
Language requirements:
English, other languages are an advantage.
