The Delivery and Support group is responsible for all Qbrick deliverables and support to our customers within Europe. As European Head of Delivery and Support, you will manage and coach the group that consists of 12 team members in the European countries. The team is responsible for all support to our customers (not end-user support) and deliverables such as standard accounts, customized players/web sites and live/on-demand web casts. As European Head of Delivery and Support you will report directly to our CTO.
ABOUT YOUR DAILY JOB
Our work pace is high and we constantly try our best to succeed expectations. Typically you will be focusing on:
• Manage and coach the team
• Project management of customized deliverables
• Technical support to our customers and our sales department, concerning our services and solutions
• Structured feedback to our Product Management team, with the purpose of improving our product performance
• Being the technical expert in meetings with customers
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
As a manager you need to be interested to lead people as well as having a deep interest and understanding of technical solutions. You need to be service minded and act on behalf of our customers. We’re a fast growing company with an entrepreneurial culture which means you need be pragmatic and creative, yet keeping structure of your own and the teams daily work. For this position we appreciate if you also have some of the following experience:
• Preferably a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree within a technical discipline
• Management experience and Project management skills
• Over 5 years of relevant working experiences within software development, systems support, or equal technical work
• Ability to collaborate with peers and project teams on complex projects
• Understand, explain and be able to present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical parties at all levels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish
As a person you are well structured, a self-starter and customer focused. You enjoy leading a team and to make people grow with their tasks.
