Your tasks will include: - Communication and coordination with internal and external partners. - Internal planning, scheduling, communication, and reporting of EU projects. - Time-reporting and HR management, and EU projects-specific admin issues. Arduino Verkstad AB is currently working with two different EU projects within the FP-7 program. We are looking for a person to help manage the administration of our EU projects. You will become part of our project management team reporting directly to the Office Manager of Arduino Verkstad AB and collaborating both with the Arduino SA's CEO office in Switzerland and with members of the other Arduino companies in Europe. We are looking for a flexible, driven, communicative, articulate, problem-solver. 1 to 2 years experience in executing EU projects is a must. You should be ready to start working with us from September 1st, 2014. Arduino Verkstad is a multilingual company which means that you need to be fluent in English, and since you will be responsible for interacting with some local agencies, Swedish knowledge is required.
