You are a natural relationship builder and bring a people-focused approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic way of working, where you are used to working independently as well as collaborating across teams and functions. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, informal and solution-oriented mindset, and you feel comfortable navigating complex and sometimes sensitive situations, without prestige.
Your skills and background:

Approximately 5-6 years of experience in compliance, legal or corporate governance within the private sector

Experience of internal investigations and handling integrity-sensitive cases is highly valuable
Experience in advising different stakeholders or supporting decision-making in risk or compliance matters
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, getting things done and making informed decisions in situations where information may be incomplete, risks are evolving, or operational structures differ across markets
Strong communication skills and hands-on experience in delivering effective training initiatives to support compliance awareness and understanding
Fluent in English, speaking as well as in writing. Swedish is considered an advantage but not a requirement
