Become part of the Scandinavian Esprit Team and join the philosophy of ESPRIT. We are growing our retail portfolio and are looking for you to lead our visual merchandising, strengthen the customer experience and secure a commercial implementation of our fantastic products.
We are looking for a person that can ensure the implementation of all internal visual directives in the Scandinavian stores, according to specified deadlines and at the same time guiding and training the visual team and the sales staff. It is therefore important that you are able to excite and inspire while you execute and see the big picture.
Visual Merchandiser Scandinavia
Discover your tasks here:
• Guiding staff in adapting current directives according to market need
• Responsible for the correct implementation of the window set up in the Scandinavian stores
• Guarantee an excellent standard of in store housekeeping
• Facilitating a clear information flow between the stores and management
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the VM retail Materials (Counter Cards, In Store Images, Price Information, Window Stickers)
• Organizing and planning new openings and events in terms of visual merchandising and display materials
• Ensuring a commercial approach to product presentation to increase sales - Commercial VM
• Close collaboration with Regional Manager and Merchandise Managers
• Formation of tailored trainings for the local sales teams
• Professional leadership responsibility (planning, training, motivating, and developing a team spirit)
• Training staff in ESPRIT VM principles
• Contributing to talent development with the Scandinavian team
Requirements:
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant position in retail
• Analytical skills
• Willing to travel
• Flair for fashion, trends and product presentation
• Planning and organizational skills
• Skilled craftsmanship
• Color and style security
