Your Role

Our client is now looking for a candidate to support customers who are using eSourcing tools. The role involves execution of application-related services such as participating in the monitoring and running of eSourcing events as well as assistance in the resolution of support issues. You act as the main interface and communication channel during the complete service request and incident resolution life cycle.

It is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of the Service Management Source Team which consists of 5 motivated and skilled members that provide 1st and 2nd line support. Preferably you can start by the end of June 2012

Your Responsibility

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for eSourcing users including administrative tasks and advanced services such as conducting online trainings for suppliers on how to bid in tenders and auctions, answering functionality related questions, as well as assisting buyers with event setup
• Create and manage reported incidents, actively taking part in their resolution
• Evaluate continuous improvements of internal processes and routines
• Take part in business development projects
• Create manuals for internal use and train new recruits

Requirements

• Profficiency in Swedish and English both written and oral is required. Any other language skills are meriting
• Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area
• Experience in customer service
• Proficient in computer knowledge
• Client- and value-adding mindset
• Analytical skills
• Merit if you have experience in ITIL as best practice
