As the ESG Controller at Vizrt, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to elevate and fortify our ESG initiatives. This role is central to Vizrt's business strategy, providing you with a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on both your position and our sustainability endeavors. Working closely with our CFO, CHRO, and senior leaders, you will lead the development and implementation of our sustainability initiatives, focusing on reporting, regulations, data collection, and structuring.
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will:
Lead and drive sustainability reporting, ensuring accurate and comprehensive reporting and accounting.
Stay abreast of new regulations and their implications for Vizrt, implementing them effectively, including managing ESG data and KPIs.
Provide continuous updates to decision-makers and investors on ongoing ESG efforts.
Collaborate extensively across functions, countries, and projects/initiatives, contributing to the development of a robust sustainability culture within the company.
This is a groundbreaking role where you will have the autonomy to shape your responsibilities and leave an indelible mark on Vizrt's sustainability journey.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience in financial reporting, accounting, and/or a controlling role.
Previous experience in sustainability/ESG reporting.
A strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
Proficiency in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Experience in handling complex projects/parallel processes and adapting to new areas/problem formulations.
Excellent Excel skills.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
An academic degree in a relevant field such as economics, accounting, and/or sustainability.

The Stockholm office has approximately 70 employees of more than 20 different nationalities represented at the office. We are in a brand-new office in Lilla Bantorget, 6 min walk from the central station in Stockholm
