We are looking for an Area Sales Manager cutting and welding Automation based in Sweden.
This position belongs to the European capital goods Sales team. The main objective is to build a profitable grow of ESAB's market shares by working as a "one team spirit" world class sales team and in cooperation with relevant stakeholders, develop sales to ensure both profitable growth, excellent customer experience and 100% transparency and accountability from start to finish.
We offer you an exciting opportunity to drive and manage the sales in Sweden of welding and cutting automation.
Accountabilities
• Meet revenue & profit targets
• Be proactive in executing the ESAB EU growth strategy for Capital Goods
• Support the EU team with market/sales activities in cooperation with the regional sales team
• Perform the daily operational sales tasks
• Follow ESABs commercial process and standard work included value selling
• Live COLFAX values, follow and implement the corporation's rules and policies
Your qualifications
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, IWE certificate or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in investment goods sales. Preferable from the Welding & Cutting business.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Master in cooperation with all interfaces (internally and externally)
• Ability to identify and realize growth opportunities
• Strong English skills
• Willingness to travel on a regular base to all European countries entities
