Your role
As member of the global IT department, you have a EMEA regional focus. Working with the system and process owners on the support, maintenance, and delivery of Microsoft Business Central for related users and processes, in line with global templates. Supporting and maintaining a healthy end to end process across connected systems. You will report to the Manager of Solution Development, Delivery & Support. Some of your tasks are:
Service Desk: Manage and provide (2nd level) skilled support to functional owners and end users
Provide specialist level technical application support for ERP users by answering questions and resolving issues for internal customers - in person, or any other communication tool used with remote locations
Provide system agnostic troubleshooting assistance, finding the root cause for issues
Engaging external vendors or partners, overseeing issue through completion, testing, and communicating back to the user
System Administration: Maintain operational excellence of the systems
Monitor and maintain the end-to-end process across the used systems
Assess current system utilization and recommend operational best-practices to ensure standardization and efficiencies
Working closely together with the process/business owner and users
Perform internal system audits, monitor application usage
Project delivery: Implementation and updating of ERP software, localize global templates
Participate in projects to test, implement and update the system in our international locations
Review enhancement requests with functional owner. Analyze the request and properly document the technical requirements for the project or development process
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant education
Skilled in financial processes and ERP system administration
Good command of the English language
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving and organized, analytical capabilities, business driven and good communication skills
The employment
Full time, permanent employment. Start immediately or according to agreement. Location Stockholm/Sweden. Some international travelling may be required.
