Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Nefab is in the beginning of a large transformation project with the change of ERP platform within the group. We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with a key player - an ERP Solution Architect.
As ERP Solution Architect you will have act as the main point of contact and bridge the requirement from various business functions and Group ERP. You will be responsible to make sure that the high-level processes and requirements are met by the ERP solution designed and that processes within the ERP ties together.
Key responsibilities includes;
• Organize and lead the design of the business processes in the new ERP system, based on Nefab Business Processes
• Lead and facilitates workshops including process mapping, GAP analysis, requirement analysis.
• Member of the Nefab ERP Change board - present change requirements collected from the business to the process owners.
• Support regional ERP rollout teams as well as ERP Analysts
• Facilitate site implementation by keeping ERP demo sessions as part of ERP before actual implementation starts.
• Continuously work with business process design projects after the initial project has been implemented.
• Secure the change control process in the system, and make sure testing process is in place.
• Team leader of the business analysts.
• Keep the dialogue with ERP suppliers
You will be part of Group Business Applications ERP team, which is responsible for the ERP maintenance and development of business process in the ERP platform.
We are flexible about the location of this position, but we would appreciate it to be close to any of the Nefab Group's offices in Sweden (Jönköping, Kista, Skultuna, Staffanstorp or Runemo).
Your profile
• You have a University degree (Bachelor) within Business Administration, finance, or equivalent
• Five to ten years of relevant working experience within manufacturing industry.
• High general understanding of ERP-system and their processes
• Expert skills/knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite, primarily M3
• Project management skills
• High skills/knowledge in MS Excel
• Strong business and financial understanding
• Team player with collaborative and networking skills
• Self-directed being able to formulate activities and direction
